We focus on ensuring all of the little details are taken care of as we work with our clients to bring their vision to life. We offer an in-house premium graphics personalisation service which enables us to tailor all our event rentals to our clients' corporate identity.
Our innovative outlook led us to launch our e-shop in 2009, to-date we are still one of the only rental companies to offer this service. Our e-shop allows clients to choose from an extensive range of products while checking real-time availability. It also allows our clients to organise the delivery of the products and confirm and pay online. It's through innovations like this that Design4rent has established itself as one of the market leaders in the premium furniture rental market.

Design4rent is the only event rental company to have implemented an eco-friendly product philosophy. We insist on using high-quality materials to ensure the longevity of a product and where possible, we repair and exchange parts of the furniture, to renew existing products and avoid product waste. All of our packagings consists of reusable wood and cardboard which we dispose of diligently. At Design4rent, we recycle 80% of all materials in-house leading to a second or third lifecycle for many of these materials. 80% of our waste products are limited to a plastic film that is 100% recyclable. At Design4rent, we purchase the majority of our products in Italy and mainland Europe, as we believe in supporting local business and minimizing our impact on the environment. We are leaders in our sector, due to our focus on purchasing premium products from premium design brands such as Kartell, Driade, Zanotta, Flos and many more. Since 2005, we have donated ex-rental furniture to schools and public buildings. Design4rent offers any leftover materials to art teachers and educators so the material can be used again.


Design4rent has been certified UNI ISO 20121:2013, released by the leading classification society TÜV NORD. The compliance to the 20121 standard guarantees the capacity to plan and manage sustainable events and trade fairs with a positive economic, social e environmental impact respecting the national and EU laws.

Design4rent offers a complete collection of design chairs, tables, stools, high tables, office furniture, bars, buffets, sofas, armchairs and outdoor lounge furniture. We offer a wide range of high-quality products, produced by established furniture makers such as Edra, Zanotta, Kartell, Driade, Serralunga, Vitra, La Palma, to name a few. Our collection was curated using pieces by the worlds most respected designers, such as Verner Panton, Marc Sadler, Philippe Starck, Maarten Van Severen, Paolo Rizzatto, Frank Gehry, Christophe Pillet, Ron Arad, Piero Lissoni, Tokujin Yoshioka, Shin & Tomoko Azumi, Aldo Cibic, Mario Bellini, Miki Astori, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Ferruccio Laviani, Dante Donegani & Giovanni Lauda, Rodolfo Dordoni and many more. A large part of our collection - wall systems, bars, desks and lounge furniture - is designed in-house. The majority of our furniture is classified "fire-proof", and our in-house designed lounge collection was certified and ratified by the relevant authorities.

Our trade fair system is unique, eco-friendly and efficient. The Design4rent trade fair stands, range from simple booth solutions with plain or luminous walls, to complete lounge solutions. We are flexible in providing stands to all of our clients, from small business fairs, up to 100 stands.
We offer a graphics personalisation service for all of our stands, with all of our graphics created and produced in-house.

A long-running collaboration with well-known visual and decorative artist Luca Sacchi, lead to Design4rent being able to offer a wide range of decorative products, for a variety of events. Our all-encompassing range of table cloths, set-plates, candles and other decorative items, allows us to create unique, bespoke designs at gala dinners and wedding receptions. To complement this service, we have an in-house floral designer who creates bespoke floral designs.

We offer a wide range of decorative items such as pillows, vases, plants, make-up mirrors, dressing rooms accessories, heating and cooling systems and wardrobe storage systems.
