Design4rent - contemporary furniture temporarily
The core business of Design4rent is the design furniture and accessories rental for trade fairs, events, congresses, roadshows and private events. Our strength is the large range of high-quality products from the most known producers such as Moroso, Kartell, Driade, Serralunga, Vitra, La Palma, Heller and many more. Our collection was created by world-known designers such as Verner Panton, Philippe Starck, Maarten Van Severen, Paolo Rizzatto, Frank Gehry, Christophe Pillet, Ron Arad, Piero Lissoni, Tokujin Yoshioka, Shin & Tomoko Azumi, Aldo Cibic, Mario Bellini, Luisa Bocchietto, Miki Astori, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec, Lella e Massimo Vignelli, Ferruccio Laviani, Dante Donegani & Giovanni Lauda, Guglielmo Berchicci, Rodolfo Dordoni and many more. A large part of our collection - especially bars, desks and lounge furniture - is designed "inhouse" by the 2 owners Jan Vandepitte and Csilla Gabor.
Design4rent is specialized in furnishing, decoration and set design of many different events such as trade fairs, exhibitions, congresses, conventions, incentives, private events, outdoor events, roadshows, training events, product presentations, art, cinema, music and theatre festivals.

Our strength is not only the high quality of our products but also the available quantity in our warehouses, which allows us to furnish events until 5000 persons. It is important to differentiate our offer of furniture in function of each client, event and location. Additionally we offer decoration and accessories as well as graphic personalization of many of our products, which allows to "tailor" every event to measure of our clients. We offer a 360° service to our clients from renting furniture, transport, set-up and take-down supervised by our production managers. Design4rent follows a ecofriendly product philosophy, which means the use of high-quality materials, the exchange of certain parts to renew existing furniture as well as the use of reusable wood and cardboard packing materials avoiding "trash" as much as possible.
Design4rent is active all over Europe thanks to a steady growing distribution network. The group is divided in 2operative units: North- and South Europe. The head offices are in Belgium and Italy. Further offices are in Rome, Monte Carlo, Paris, Brussels and Arnhem (NL).
The founders: Jan Vandepitte is Belgian and started his career as a light and sound engineer of megaevents, concerts and theatre. He then was made General Manager of EVDV, importer of Martin, Ecler, Stanton, Prolyte and Gem in Belgium and founded Design4rent in 2004 together with his wife Csilla Gabor, who had left BMW after 7 years as Product and Marketing Manager in Germany, Eastern Europe, Italy and Belgium.
